On these web pages are the materials you need to join LRS, including the LRS Rules and Regulations, Membership Information Form, the Panel List and Subject Matter Applications. Please complete the Subject Matter Applications that apply to your practice. You will also be required to submit a declarations page of a malpractice insurance policy (see rules for amounts of coverage) and membership dues payment.
Note: Please be aware than on some of the Subject Matter Applications, there is a time requirement within which you must have handled transactions, participated in agency proceedings, participated in jury trials or hearings, or handled cases through discovery. We cannot accept member applications unless this information is current. If you have questions about any of the applications, please call our office.
Upon completion of the paperwork, please mail, email, or fax completed paperwork to the LRS office. After review, the executive director will contact you to schedule an interview in your office to review policies and procedures. Staff who assists with client intake and paperwork is encouraged to be present. We look forward to working with you!
