Volunteers Needed for LegalLine

On the first Tuesday of each month, LRS hosts LegalLine, a brief legal advice call-in program. Every month LRS needs 7 attorneys to answer calls from the public. You may choose your date(s) to volunteer but we need you to volunteer!

It is two short hours, brief phone conversations, anonymous, and you receive pro bono credit from the State Bar of Texas.

Purpose of LegalLine:
•    To answer as many phone calls as possible!
•    This program assists those who have questions about whether they actually need a lawyer.
•    This program is beneficial to LRS and other legal service providers by diverting those who may just have simple questions and don’t actually need to have legal work done.
